Words you will see on the full board, in plain English

The factory: The software that turns a company's documents into an online training course.
A portal: The website a company's new hires log in to, to take that course.
The pipeline: The assembly line inside the factory: read the documents, plan the course, write the lessons, write the quizzes, check every fact.
A run: One trip down that assembly line. Runs are the only thing that cost real money, because they use the AI.
The Console: Anthropic's own bill for the AI. When two numbers disagree, the Console wins.
The ledger: Our own notebook of what the AI was asked and what it should have cost. It is checked against the Console after every run.
A gate: An automatic check that stops bad work before money is spent on it. Most gates cost nothing.
Red-first: Before writing any new code, Claude writes a test that fails. Then makes it pass. It proves the test could actually catch a mistake.
Grounded: Every fact in a lesson points back to a page in the company's own documents. If it cannot, it is not allowed in.
Tenant: One client company, walled off from every other client in the same software.
Protected paths: The parts of the code that guard security and money. Claude may not change them without your yes.
